MIMS provides an eMIMSDesktop update every month.
- There is a DVD update every April, August and December. The DVD updates contain both software and data updates. These DVDs will be mailed to you.
- There is a data update every month in between. The data update can be installed automatically or manually. Click the following link to read the instructions on how to perform the monthly data updates.
Automatic Updates
The easiest and fastest way of installing the data updates is via the internet. When you launch eMIMSDesktop, it will automatically check for updates.
If you prefer to do manual updates or your eMIMSDesktop is not connected to the internet, go to the Manual Updates tab on this page.

2015 - December Data
The December 2015 data is included in the full December 2015 DVD package which can be downloaded from here.
How to Install:
- Download to your computer and extract the contents into a folder (e.g. C:\temp)
- Launch eMIMSDesktop
- Click on Preferences on the upper-right corner of the screen
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and look for the eMIMS Desktop Update section
- On Preferred eMIMS Update Location, choose User Defined Update Folder
- On the Custom eMIMS Update Location, enter the path where you have extracted the files (e.g. C:\temp)
- Click Save
- Click Check for Updates.
- The eMIMSDesktop update window will pop-up. Click Download, then click Update.

Latest DVD
2015 - December DVD Full Installation
NOTE: This is a large download.
You must unzip the file after downloading it and then run the setup.exe file.
This installation will perform a full installation of eMIMSDesktop with the December 2015 data.
