New Product - Hexvix

Hexvix (hexaminolevulinate (as hydrochloride)) is a blue light cystoscopy imaging agent for intravesical use. Hexvix blue light fluorescence cystoscopy is indicated as an adjunct to standard white light cystoscopy to contribute to the diagnosis and management of bladder cancer in patients with known or high suspicion of bladder cancer. This product is for diagnostic use only. Hexvix is contraindicated in porphyria and gross haematuria. Hexvix is available in a kit containing 85 mg hexaminolevulinate (as hexaminolevulinate hydrochloride) powder and 50 mL of the reconstitution diluent in packs of 1’s. Hexvix powder is intended to be reconstituted with the diluent for Hexvix prior to administration.
