Safety Related Changes

The coadministration of selegiline (L‑deprenyl), bupropion, triptans, pethidine, tramadol, dextromethorphan and linezolid is now contraindicated with the use of Aurorix (moclobemide).

Prolia (denosumab (rch)) is now contraindicated in pregnancy and in women trying to get pregnant.

The combination with aliskiren containing products in patients with diabetes mellitus or renal impairment (GFR < 60 mL/min/1.73 m2) is now contraindicated with the use of Gopten (trandolapril).
